Through several feedback mechanisms, employees expressed they wanted to hear from leadership about the direction of the Human Resources and Information Technology (IT) divisions. For IT, I structured the annual town hall to highlight specific components of the organization’s strategy. I promoted the event to 2,000 employees, created content, and analyzed employee feedback. I also developed a video series featuring leaders explaining IT’s vision and how it impacts employees.
I created a reciprocal feedback loop in addressing associate concerns and increased executive engagement.
